Description

The Rankin Delux RDLR-04 Cast Iron H Burner is a gas burner designed to generate cooking heat in commercial systems. The burner body is in the form of an H to spread the gas flame over the desired heating surface, and the air shutter attached to the burner controls the quantity of air that enters the combustion mixture. When operating, the gas flows to the burner ports, mixes with air, and is ignited to produce a flame for heating cookware, and it is a 16-1/4" x 6-3/4" part and is placed under the cooking surface.
