Description

The American Range A14038 Cast Iron H Burner is a gas-fired burner assembly designed for commercial cooking equipment that features a built-in air shutter. The gas is drawn into the burner, where it is mixed with combustion air before it is ignited to create a flame to cook with. It controls the quantity of air fed in and assists the desired fuel/air ratio at the burner. The H-shaped assembly is 16-1/4" x 6-3/4" and is placed under the cooking surface. It acts as a main heat source and conducts heat to the cooking utensils placed over the burner area from the heat generated by the flame.
